I have a question...Q: How do I install the program
A:
- Download the setup program and save it to your desktop (click here for available programs)
- Double-click the downloaded file and follow the directions to install the program
Q: I'm getting an error when trying to install, what can I do?
A: In some cases, in order to install programs you will have to have administrative privileges. If you see an error similar to the one below, you will need to provide administrator's username and password to complete the installation.
Follow these steps:
- Right-click the installation program (instead of double-clicking it)
- Select "Run As..." from the popup menu
- Click on "The following user" option
- From the drop down box select an account that has administrative privileges
- Enter password for the selected account
- Click ok, to close the dialog and proceed with installation
Q: Why should I register?
A: The programs that we offer are Try-Before-You-Buy which means that those programs are "trial versions" either with some features disabled or time limited. This allows you to try our software before you decide to purchase the full, permanent version. When you register you will receive a registration key that will unlock all of the features of your program.

Q: Is registration secure?
A: Yes. We use Kagi, a well known and trusted company to process your payments over the internet. You can pay with any major credit cards, check or cash.

Q: How do I register?
A: Registration is fast and easy. To register, click on the Register menu link at the top of the screen. It will take you to our order page on a secure website where you pick the product that you want to register and quantity, enter your method of payment, payment information and submit it. It's that simple.

Q: What happens after I register?
A: After you register, we will email you with the registration code and instructions to unlock the full (registered) version of your program.

A: We will email you the registration code along with instructions within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment.
